- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase must be provided.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we process your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for sending the item back.
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If you use our prepaid return shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The refund will only cover the cost of the product.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must return the item following the procedure above and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged, unless defective
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nexori.site. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
7. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it according to our return policy.
9. Refunds to Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
